Your conversation · What we need from you

The questions.

Welcome to the stage. Below are the seven questions of your conversation, plus three you shape yourself. Answer in your own words and in your own language. English or Dutch, we publish both. Length is up to you; most leaders write three to six sentences per question, and the best answers are the specific ones.

How it runs

You answer · we edit with care · you approve every word before anything goes live · your page appears the same day, ready to share on your own channels. Nothing is published without your written approval.

The company
Q.01

In one or two sentences: what does your company do, who is it for, and why does it matter now?

Plain words, not the pitch deck. What you make or do, who you serve, and why now is the moment.

Q.02

Where are you today, and what is the next thing you are looking for?

Team size, stage, momentum. And what you need next: talent, capital, partners, customers. This is your ask.

You
Q.03

Why does this company exist, and why you?

The reason behind the business. Not the market gap, but what made you willing to carry it.

Q.04

Which decision cost you the most, and would you make it again?

The one that kept you up. What it cost, and what it taught you.

What comes next
Q.05

How is AI actually changing your work and your team, beyond the hype?

Concretely: how decisions are made now, what your people worry about, what you protect.

Q.06

What kind of leader does your next season demand that this one did not?

The version of you the company needs next, and what you will let go of to become it.

Q.07

What do you want to be true about this company in ten years, long after you?

The part that should outlive you. Legacy without the grand words.

Three questions that are yours

These make your conversation yours. Use one, two or all three, or write your own question entirely.

OWN.01

A question you wish people asked you more often, and your answer.

OWN.02

A question you would put to another leader in your season.

OWN.03

Anything we did not ask but that belongs in your story.

Photography · one required, up to six

High resolution, landscape or portrait, no filters or logos. Your own photographer's work is ideal; good phone photos in daylight also work. Send the originals, not screenshots.

Required
01 · The portrait
Head and shoulders, looking into the lens. This becomes your cover and the opening image of your page.
Optional
02 · Standing, in context
Full or half body in your own environment: office, floor, site, stage. Vertical works best.
Optional
03 · The atmosphere shot
A place or moment that says something about you. Tell us in one line why this image matters to you.
Optional
04 · At work
With your team, in a meeting, mid-conversation. Movement is welcome.
Optional
05 · Detail
Hands, a product, a material, the building. The close-up that grounds the story.
Optional
06 · Off duty
Where you recharge. Running, sailing, cooking, the mountains.

If you send all six, we build a triptych: three images side by side across the width of your page. It is the most striking element we make, and it needs those extra three.
