HIGH SEASON is a curated stage. That only works if everyone on it plays by the same rules. These are short, and we apply them.
The person featured must be a real person, in the role stated, at a company that genuinely exists and is registered. We check the company register and your LinkedIn profile before publication. Impersonating someone else, inventing a role, or submitting an interview on behalf of a person who has not agreed to it ends the collaboration immediately.
Answers must be written or approved by the person featured. We edit for rhythm and length, never for meaning, and you approve every word before publication. We do not publish invented quotes, fabricated results, or claims presented as fact that cannot be substantiated.
HIGH SEASON is about leadership: how you lead, what you decided, what it cost, what you learned. It is not an advertising channel. Content that is primarily a sales pitch, a product brochure, a recruitment ad, or a personal attack on a competitor does not fit and will not be published.
No content that insults, degrades or discriminates against individuals or groups. Criticism of ideas, markets and methods is welcome. Criticism aimed at a person is not. Naming other individuals, clients or employees requires their consent.
If content turns out to be untruthful, deceptive, insulting or in breach of these rules, we may take it offline. We tell you why, and where possible we give you the chance to correct it first. In cases of impersonation or serious deception we remove immediately and without warning.
Payments are not refunded when content is removed for breaching this code. You keep everything we produced for you; it simply no longer appears on this platform.
You keep the copyright to your words and your photographs. You grant us the right to publish them here and in the accompanying social media carousels. You may use everything we make for you anywhere you like, including on your own website. Ask us to take your conversation offline at any time and we will, normally within five working days.
We publish in English. On request we add one further language, and you edit that translation yourself before it goes live, so it reads the way you would say it in your own language. You are responsible for the accuracy of the version you approve.
Payment buys the form and the distribution of your story: the editing, the design, your page, the carousel and the reach. It never buys the selection, an endorsement, or a favourable opinion. We say so publicly because it is the only thing that makes a stage like this worth standing on.
